We provide marketing, public relations, branding, and creative consultancy services. All services are subject to a written proposal or agreement outlining the specific scope, timeline, and fees. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and approved separately.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials,  is the property of Ethereal Conscious Agency unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

All concepts, strategies, and creative materials developed for clients remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party materials or pre-existing intellectual property.

Payments & Fees

All project fees and payment terms are outlined in the client proposal or agreement.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work.

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged where relevant.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, all completed work up to that point will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable. If we must cancel or postpone a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and discuss suitable next steps.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project materials. Both parties agree not to disclose or share confidential information with any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Ethereal Conscious Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend or collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g., photographers, web developers, media platforms). We are not responsible for their actions, performance, or outcomes.
